The title AP put on this story is ridiculous. How can an unsuccessful terrorist attempt "mar" elections? And how come the blast is "deadly" if only the lunatic was killed? Good for Chechnya, I hope they get the peace and stability that bring prosperity. The sooner the Radicals are exterminated, the better.
