I did hear one group shouting USA, USA, USA...

It did my heart good.

All I'm saying is that we should get a permit and hold a march attended by hundreds of thousands.

Signs should read...

I respect Bush standing up to terrorists...
I support the War in Iraq...
I am glad Iraqi girls can attend school for the first time in decades...
I love Haliburton, and am glad a company like it exists to help in our war efforts against terrorism...

You get the picture.

We completely relinquish the public stage to these idiots.

Good is good, but people who share our ideals should have someone reinforce their beliefs. Who doesn't someone on the right stand up and facilitate this?

No we don't. The media essentially ignores us when we counter protest, but that doesn't mean we aren't out there. Nobody funds us, and we all have jobs. I couldn't take time off work and go up there. I do know that there are many Protest Warriors, individual Freepers, pro-lifers, and other individuals up in NYC countering these idiots.

The most important thing is not necessarily for us to get TV time, but for the lefties in the march to hear us shouting against them; and for the TV Viewers who watch the news coverage of the lefties to see the hatred in their signs.
