Um, you are the one who posted a reply to me based on something I didn't write. It isn't painting with a "broad brush" when Wal-Mart is using eminent domain to seize property all over the friggin' country. I reserve the right to "get snippy" if I want to.
Considering the thread topic was about the Asheville Wal-Mart you were remiss in not qualifying your broad brush statement and I was on target to tell you that was not the case with the Wal-Mart in question.

Of the thousands of stores Wal-Mart has opened, please provide some documentation so we can ascertain how you define your belief that Wal-Mart has a "reputation" of using eminent domain.
