Peter Chernin, President and CEO of Fox Studios, listed with a Beverly Hills address is recorded on Fundrace.org as giving Kerry $2000. His wife another 2000. But Peter Chernin listed at another address, this one in Santa Monica, whose occupation is "News Corporation President" is a $25,000 donor to the DNC. Are there two Peter Chernins who are News Presidents, or is the head of Fox News a giant DNC contributor?
Fundrace record of Peter Chernin
Bump...
Chernin has endorsed Kerry.
You don't want to forget Rupert Murdoch who is the founder of FOX News. He donated $25,000 to the RNC.

Oh, well then. Fair and balanced.
I thought large contributions to political parties, like $25K, was now considered "soft money" and illegal.
I don't know. There sure are a lot of $25,000 contributions on fundrace.org. It just seems like some limit. And $50,000 too. I don't know all the loopholes.
VERY old news on Chernin.
Someone explain to me how Maury Povich can married to Connie Chung and give to Bush?
It's a Maurice Povich who is a tv host so Im guessing its Maury
Fox broke the DWI story that almost stopped Bush.
These guys use conservatives to make $$$$, but they're Mannhatten "progressives" like the rest. Don't harbor any illusions about Fox's top echelons.
BTW: Murdoch has totally prostituted himself and sold out to the Chinese so he can broadcast there.
Please FReepmail me if you want on or off my FoxFan list. *Warning: This can be a high-volume ping list at times.
Thanks for the ping!
