GW's trying to adopt them all, so why do they need their own Social Security? GW's trying to get one through that they only have to work 6 quarters to qualify for--while citizens have to work 40 quarters.
Well yeah...it's going to be hard enough to commit more document fraud proving they had worked here illegally for 6 quarters, it would be too difficult to have to buy and steal and copy enough documents to come up with 40.
