But I still can't tell if the Mass. Dems I'm talking to are changing their minds. No matter how smart they are, they parrot, "Anybody but Bush" and not one can say why, just that it they will vote Dem. What stuns me is many of these people are very smart and should know better.

They have blinders on, they are waiting for "their trusted media sources" to tell them the facts!!!

I also live in Massachusetts, and I am completely confounded by the mindset here in this state.

I saw a post earlier today by Diogenesis I think it was who entertained the notion that voter fraud is the real issue in elections and that it is prevalent here in the Bay State. The fiasco in Florida in 2000 was simply an effort at a new form of election abuse.

Personally, I know very few people who label themselves as liberals. Still the voting results always seem to be the same in this Republic. The Kennedy mystique is a factor of course, but the election day results always confound me year after year based on my conversations with persons in all areas of life.
