Good suggestions. As I posted in this thread, friends and I have talked about a reelect President Bush party. It's time to act.
It is starting to look good but I am taking the position that there will never be enough said or done. We and the world cannot afford Kerry. Some estimates have been 50 years to reverse the effects of a Kerry election. Our enemies will play him like a fiddle whether he is a willing dupe or not.
Thanks. Bookmarked
Head nodding. ;-)
ROFL
You are very right about Kerry. He has never changed. He was loathed by good men and backed by criminals. I hope the numbers of "Band of Brothers" vs. SBV is the ratio of national votes. There are 8 BoB's and 254 SBV. That would mean only one in 32 would vote for him. But alas there are all Americans that have not yet figured out that someone doesn't owe them anything. Somehow they will vote for the party that keeps them comfortable and caged.
Will do.
The media was a battleground we lost many years ago. The old media of TV, radio, and print is not as firm as the leftist would like. The stranglehold is beginning to fall away. Left has been stymied in radio and the web. Yes there are many left sites but look at what happened with the SBV ad. It was the net that propelled it. The news outlets could not ignore it, they are already losing ground as being on top of the issues.
We have a long way to go but the ferocity of the attacks show they are not as secure as they would like to be.
Yes, Western civilization is at stake. Kerry will get us killed or we will be enslaved to Europe and the Middle East.
Keep in touch.
Enjoy your bachelorhood.
Take time to find somebody you would really, really want to spend your life with.
my family is and always has been consumed by politics. i realize it isn't the norm and my kids also know that few of their friends know as much about the political situation as they do. as we head into another school year, which will focus on the election this fall, i have no doubt, i am having my husband prepare age appropriate talking points for the 4th, 7th and 10th grader xschildren (he's better at it than i am : )) All 3 xskids know the score, but i want them to be able to discuss and counteract on the issues, point by point. and convert their teachers if need be. : )

Please select the age appropriate one
for me and e-mail it to me. Thanks in advance. :)
Are you making an effort to meet conservative women? I don't know how old you are, but off the top of my head, I can think of 4 single (I'm pretty sure that they're all still available) conservative women who live here. Even I have been able to find a wonderfully brilliant and sexy right-wing man right here in Manhattan!
When was the last time you went to a NY Young Republican Club meeting? What's the last campaign you volunteered to work for here in NYC? Or would you just prefer to wallow in self-pity and passively wait for the leftovers -- the ones who "dont' have the luxury of saying now because of politics"?
What's wrong with single women who use cell phones???
I turn 32 next week so I am not so sure if I qualify as "young" anymore. Also, I'm not a Republican, I'm fiercely independent and describe myself as an "antidisestablishment libertarian".
Yes it's worth it, but choose wisely.
If the conversation hits an impasse, due to disagreement over the 'facts', then take it to email. I do that all the time. That avoids harsh public arguements, but also allows you to slam people with facts, documents, articles, and other evidence.
A liberal associate of mine sent a mass mail regarding the 'evil Republican rich usurping our democratic process'. After disecting his email for its obvious errors, I dropped a few dozen links about his team's fundraising. I'm sure he's still gunshy of the name 'George Soros', because he changed his tune quick.
So, you can still get rough with the people that want to argue, but I'd take it to the email. It seems easier to change people's mind in print, and it keeps the social atmosphere clear and friendly.
Chill. Find out their number and call them. Then it'll be YOU there are talking to on the cell phone. (Mainly though they like to chat with their girlfriends, thats just the way most girls, and women, are. It's always been that way, since well before cell phones and even before phones).
Good tactics, thanks.
In my experience, an uncontrollable urge is something you should address with therapy.
