Sen Glenn who followed is so totally clueless. How can a Senator get on TV and quote what he's read in the newspaper as his source of information? Probably reads the NYT. Barf.Heroism 40 years ago does not make him any less dishonorable today.

Glenn was despised by his fellow astronauts and it's clear they had good reason.

I think the cosmic rays on his last trip into space erased what little bit of sense John Glenn used to have.
Glenn, much like Kerry -- is attempting to live off of "Honor" earned decades ago.... Glenn's was real, Kerry's wasn't..
But, Glenn sold out when he came to defense of Clinton in all his crimes....
Clinton paid him off, by allowing him to make one more trip into space under the weakest of explanation and justification..
It was CLEARLY a payoff for being Clinton's whore..
