An industrious person typed a copy of the book to this site. I looked on eBay and a copy of the original is going for around $600 (the current bid) and has more time left on the bidding. John Kerry has forbidden more copies to be printed. http://freekerrybook.com/

This is the 13 page version of the book. The Library of Congress database shows the book to be 174 pages long.
