Did you have an understanding of the arabs as a result of reading and re-reading this book? Do you see any solutions to the effects?
I think one reason I have often re-read this book is that the psychology of the Arabs is so different from the Judeo-Christian / Western atmosphere in which I was raised that it seems sort of unbelievable and one constantly has to remind oneself how different it is. The only solution will come from people who have a good understanding of both societies.
