So there are over a 100,000 that must be coming...

Wow! That's one heck of a lot of tri-tip we'll be hauling up there. LOL.
Hugs to one of my favorite people. (I am still feeling very bad about not being able to make it to Monterey. Thanks for not being mad at us,....or for hiding it well if you are.) :-(

Hay no problem. It was a nice intimate family get together and quite relaxing for all of us.
The Robinsons were kind enough to let me come to their little cabin retreat in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
The driveway has so many hairpin curves, they pull this behind the 80' Motor home in case they need to haul it up the side of the hill. They let me drive!
Being as we didn't have a BBQer, good old j(ust)k(idding)photo, I just got some TV dinners and popped them in the Microwave. (next time I will Bar-B-Que them)
Just like at home, beep beep and Dinner's ready! LOL
Actually we did BBQ some World Famous Sausages made at the local store for the last 50 years or so. And some other goodies.
I saw this in Felton at a shop and was going to buy it for you but it was sold!

The Tiggywinkle Family will be at the picnic, Lord willing. :o) I can bring a couple salads to go along with the tri-tip. Is there going to be a tip jar to help *pay* for that tri-tip? Seems like such a large expen$e for the folks bringing it.

Free Republic pays for the tri-tip but jkphoto has the responsibility of the BBQ.
We did not ask for donations to cover expenses last year but we may this year. I need to see what is left in the kitty.
Also, FR supplies plates, utensils, etc.
I will get a list of those attending so we can start planning for salads, drinks, cookies, ice, etc.
