You help make my point for me. AS wages are driven down whites will also have a reason to look to the government teat. However, the problem is more pronounced for immigrants and blacks as they tend to have a larger proportion of non-skilled labor than whites and face more competition from the ever continuing flow of illegals. There's a reason that a third of Hispanics opposed benefits to illegals in California.

Illegal aliens are one thing. Legal Immigrants are an entirely different thing. 85% of all Hispanics in this country are here legally.... 35-40 million Hispanics in this country..

But those damn English people and folks from Canada... man they really stink, they keep taking all of the great acting jobs... and those Germans!!! Taking all of our Engineering jobs; oh, and don't get me started on those Indians taking our software jobs!!! And those damn Chinese, they are even taking a bunch of gold in the Olympics!!! Heavens, what will we do.

If this is a debate about illegal aliens; then make it so, if not, remember that nearly 150,000 Hispanics serve in the armed forces... and fill several honorable positions through out our society; They also go to church a lot more than any other demographic; I'll take 1 morally correct Hispanic who goes to church than 30 spoiled brats from Carmel who went to prep school and practices socialism openly as a democrat.
