LOL!
They/We ain't that damn old.:-)
U.S. Army, 1969-72
The host extracted the kidney donation info from Mr. O'Neill and expressed incredulity at how O'Neill was able to maintain the grueling schedule he has at the present time.
O'Neill said donating his kidney to his wife was the greatest and happiest experience of his life. Then they moved on to another subject.
O'Neill was humble, modest and taciturn about the surgery. He did say he was feeling ok.

John O'Neill was a guest on the Rush Limbaugh show Monday and Rush asked him about it. It's true. He says it was the one thing in his life he is most proud of...giving his wife one of his kidneys.
There is a problem in that the two enlisted men with Kerry claim there were only three men in that whaler. one would think the presence of an officer of Schacte's stature at that time would be noted. If this story is NOT true or verifiable it makes the other accusations against Kerry lose a smidgeon of credibility.
This is war...and the better soldiers are winning. Why is anyone surprised?
HEY FREEPERS!
Does this bode well for us?
If there were a Hitlary Run in 2008 would there be a White Water Accountants for Truth group ? Or, will she have any real or potential threats eliminated before then.
Anyone who has ever dealt in any way with the Clintons better go into a witness protection program NOW!
All this Victory does for the Right, is up the stakes for the left(Hillary, Carvell, et al). They are vicious, foaming at the mouth, they are unrepentant and will stop at nothing (NOTHING AT ALL) to take America.
From the article:
".......but was indeed the result of Kerry code-named "Robin" on this mission being careless in firing an M-79 grenade launcher."
Don't see Carville & co very much now do we? LOL
Or.....if you have a certain officer from Massachusetts
that can't be trusted.
HHMMM I was copying out of the book... You are correct...Was just skimming it and misread.
I heard that on Rush, Monday..
Very Humble Man and well spoken.
"Two officers in a 14 foot boat doesn't make sense to me unless maybe it was an orientation trip for a new guy."
Hmmmmmm.
It was Kerry's first day on the job.
Hmmmmmm.
I wonder if he called Kerry an "FNG" on the trip...
THis is a real quote? From 1971?
It's an out and out lie, right?
And I presume covered in unfit for command???
P. 36-37 Book Kerry was (OinC) under training.
According to Grant Hibbard (Coastal DIvision 14 COmmander): "Kerry requested to go on a skimmer operation with Lt Schachte, my most senior and trusted lieutenant, using a Boston wWhaler to try to interdict a VIet COng movement of arms and munitions. The next morning at the briefing, I was informed that NO enemy fire had been received on that mission. Our Unit had fired on some VC units running on the beach..."
"O'Neill is just uncanny."
O'Neill is a much sharper and quicker guy than J F'n Kerry: the ketchup boy just hasn't accepted that fact yet. It seems to me that ketchup on top of toast would'nt taste very good anyway.
I agree, there was some talk of other officers who knew something about this mission. I think they joined up with a larger boat at some point. I don't believe Schacte will claim to have been in the boat unless he has proof. He may have some after action documentation that hasn't surfaced yet. Also he may have his own war journal.
While reading your post I had the most unsettling feeling, although upon reflection I don't think it will happen. The feeling was that the Rats are going to (and perhaps had planned it from the start) do something to grab all the headlines away from our Convention. Bumping out Jenjhis-John F'nFraud Fonda-Heinz-Kerry, or someting. But with the meltdown happening ... the LA Times article about Kerry losing ground to W, and now with the Admiral's disclosure. I don't know ... But I wouldn't past the Rats to have something big planned besides the protests, etc. -- JMHO
What will probably happen next is one of Kerry's crew will jump ship. When they read about Kerry lying about the death of the civilians in the Sanpan and making himself a hero in battle against the enemy when it was actually just a tragic death of civilians in the war. This will turn one or more of their stomachs. I think Kerry's band of brothers will be smaller in the next few days.
