I think Mrs. Bush got the short end of the deal. GW certainly made out like a bandit. The woman, in a word, is a lady. You can't say that about most women in public or even private life much anymore. There is, IMHO, a vast difference in being a good person, nice person, a woman, and being, a lady. To me, it implies, elegance and grace.

Yes, President Bush is fortunate to have her. There are not many women who would have put up with what she did in their early marriage years, but because of her patience she is reaping the rewards of a great husband.
