Noticed that Senator John Mc Cain looks a little pained in his advertisements supporting President Bush? Rock Star MOBY says he knows why: "I'm best friends with (John's son) Sid McCain. Hohn McCain HATES President Bush. He's just doing those ads to help the Republicans." We asked Moby if he'd be protesting the convention. "I'm just going to sit by and watch," he said. "I'm not hopeful."
I realize that. I believe that most of our Republicans should be sitting in a new center section between the wings.
I agree with that.
I would like to see a return to the party of small government.
I will be moving to AZ next year. I hope to rally against this RINO. We gotta find a conservative that can beat him.
The only good thing I can think to say about Moby is I like a few of his songs. As for his "politics", he can follow the instructions in my tagline.
This is the latest distraction from the Democrat talking points, Al Hunt had an article in the WSJ making similar, though not same, statements. Al Hunt was much more subtle, saying that McCain was a "true" conservative who disliked the neo-consevatives, yet was a war hawk. He said that this is the only reason that he is supporting Bush and that McCain agrees much more with Kerry on domestic issues. Hunt went on and on, painting McCain as the only hope for a strong Republican party.
I think we would have to start hitting the pipe pretty hard to see that! LOL!
People with enormous egos never own up to mistakes. In that, McCain and Kerry have a great deal in common!
And my dad can beat up your dad!
What, are we in the 6th grade or something? Wait, we're talking about Moby!
Hi newby. Get connected.
Yeah, they always underestimate Bush. it was ok while they made their snide little remarks from afar. But they made the giant(chin) mistake of coming to Texas AND Bush's home. BIG MISTAKE! Bush is in kick ass mode now.
We look forward to your arrival. Maybe you can help us get rid of Gov. Napolitano too!
We do have some "good guys" in Sen. Kyl and Congressman J.D Hayworth (our future Gov.?) and others.
Someone else was saying not long ago ( a week or so?) that McCain wasn't going to run again.
That is true, but he has been out on the campaign trail, and is today. McCain has his own agenda, but well understands what is esential in this election. I have never been a fan, but always consider the source and he is a Vietnam vet and he is a Republican.
I was waiting for him to take a stand, the prelims seem hopeful today. He told skerry to take him out of the evil dum ads. And he has agreed with Bush to force the 527's to abide by campaign laws. (There goes Soros) We will see.
You have nailed him exactly right and I totally agree. I have never been in his corner or had to vote for him, but I probably would as you have because he carries the GOP sign on his chest. He does love the headlines and he will continue to seek them.. I do think he understands what is at stake in this election though and will do whatever he has to for success.

Hold your friends close and your enemies closer (see post #20)
Marty, where's the link to this?
I ask you, because John's eldest DAUGHTER is named Sidney,
which is John McCain's middle name.

I found it.
McCain's eldest daughter is named Sidney.
NOT to say that a son doesn't go by same name,
but it "shore" seems strange to me.
