It is real interesting that they plan on releasing medical records. The medical community is scared to death right now due to a law called HIPPA they forbids, under penalty of law, releasing any records. It is so bad that some docs give you a number in the waiting room to pervent any one hearing your name when you get called back.

as an interesting aside, John O'Neil was on the Tony Snow show earlier and said that Kerry could put all of this to rest by releasing his journal but that he wouldn't because
"not only would he lose the election but he would be forced off the ticket."
What is in these journals and why hasn't there been more pressure brought to bear to release it? There is a reason John Kerry is going after this so hard, he is scared, real scared. Not over what has been done already but over what is yet to come.
