Evidently it's not the actual demise that concerns the leftist, it is the spirit in which the demise occurs and what purposes are served by it.
Much as the demise of ten of thousands, hundreds of thousands of Iraqis by a psychotic dictator is merely another form of "natural selection".
While unavoidable collateral deaths in war are crimes against humanity.
