Always attack the messenger, even if the messenger brings the truth to light, if it helps one politically.
And as for backfiring-Kerry has FINALLY done something, and ONLY ONE THING, for this nation, that I can think of...
He has, through his dispicable actions after coming home from Vietnam (after demonstrating his cowardism and ambition medal hunting there) HELPED TO EXPLAIN the TRAGIC, DEVASTATING crushing of the Vietnam troops and the constant bombardment of our American resolve at that time.
This is healing and it has given all of us a TARGET!
Now we know just WHO was instrumental in doing this trashing....JOHN KERRY.
We know he has lied back then.
We know he THREW AWAY his medals from the war....how's that for demeaning a precious tribute that probably thousands of VETS held dear.
KERRY, because the the FABULOUS Swift Boat Vets for Truth, has been exposed as the leader, the LEADER of the pack of rats who trashed our vets and our nation and attempted to destroy our will with their vicious lies (heck, some of his buddies parading around with him, the anti-war vets, some in kerry's book he wrote back then-The New Soldier-WERE NOT EVEN VETERANS of VIETNAM.
Sick stuff.
And Kerry has helped to UNCOVER why we all hurt so badly back then....because of the actions and exaggerations and LIES of this metro-sexual, ambitious, COWARD!
