Says for Kerry group to complain is a little bit absurd.
Yes, it is.
LOL!
Kerry - the absurd candidate!
Geee, doesn't anyone get it? The only vet with rights in this Nation is John Kerry. See? Puke?
Kerry expects the helping hand he gets from the media to be every where. His expectations are making him look foolish.
Good link. Thanks.

Interview: ex-POW in Kerry flap speaks out (Ken Cordier)
excerpt:
UPI: "What did you do with the campaign's veterans steering committee?"
Cordier: "Well, I didn't do anything except have my name on the list until June of this year. In June of this year I was asked to give a surrogate speech to a VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) convention in Colorado. I did that and since then I had no contact with them. ... I had no further contact with them until this situation came up here this last weekend."
~snip~
Q: "Were you paid in any way by the Bush-Cheney campaign?"
A: "Absolutely not."
Q: "Were you paid in any way by the Swift Boat vets?"
A: "No. This is strictly a voluntary effort."

Back to the article in your post:
John O'Neill, a member of Swift Boat Veterans, debated Kerry on the Dick Cavett Show in 1971. O'Neill was enlisted by President Richard Nixon and then-White House counsel Charles Colson, who later went to prison for his role in the Watergate scandal that led to Nixon's 1974 resignation.
FGS. O'Neill is heard on the Nixon tapes telling Nixon that he, John O'Neill, had voted for Humphrey. It is beyond the ken of the media to comprehend being united as Americans over party lines.
And be sure to throw Chuck Colson in and his prison sentence for good measure. It helps to cast aspersions on O'Neill in a vague and subtle way.
What good little propagandists.
Straightforward and honest reporting is all we are asking for. Not this mish mash of information that gets molded, some emphasized and taken out of context, some omitted, to hurt one side and help the other.

'Mommy, I went to the FEC and they told
me to 'SHOVE IT!' WAAAAHHHHHH!

Terry MacAwful and the Kerry/Edwards ticket as last seen in public.

Well I'll be jiggered...
