This might be fun to watch, but it most definitely is NOT a sport.

I have to disagree, 2 on 2 volleyball is not easy.

All your sand are belong to us.
Bump for great justice.

I disagree. It is a hugely demanding sport, and these gals executed their game, beautifully.

If there was a huge tub of Jello involved, I think I'd order this on pay-per-view.......

Just seeing their athletic ability, I can't see how you can say it's not a sport :)
The Czechs fielded a tremendously talented team as well!
Ok, time to duck.

It is a sport, but it was presented in a manner designed to appeal to our national tawdriness...
...and it worked.

Let me guess...you tried to play once, sucked majorly at it, and thus from that moment on, in your mind, it was not a sport.

How is volleyball not a sport? What about other sports played with balls and nets such as basketball, tennis and badminton? Are they not sports either?

Wow! That's some celebration! Yep.

Have to agree with you there - 2 on 2
vollyball is not easy. Although the 2 on 2 embraces, not to mention the suits, are easy - on the eyes.
I'm so bad.... ;-)

It's a sport.
Those are some fine sports photos - those gals know how to celebrate after the whistle!
Loved that end-zone dance.
