Well, he was supposed to be out at 11am EDT -- but supposedly, he's about to come out in the next few minutes -- HOWEVER -- I wouldn't get my hopes up -- looks like he'll be addressing students at a school auditorium and the topic of the Swift Vets may or may not come up.

If I were you, get some sleep. It'll probably be nothing. (If it is something, it'll be replayed and replayed and replayed)
