so far, 12 minutes into the speech, nothing to address the Swiftboaters, and Wolf Blitzer is interrupting to tell us what we just listened to. CNN has cut away for phone report, which leads me to think that's all Kerry is going to say about the ads, and charging the president with being responsible.

reporter says Kerry is trying to get ahead of the Rep.message, address the ad, and calling for a truthful debate about issues. JOe Johns and Blitzer agree this hit hard to the Bush campaign.
