Fox will cover the speech live...one key question..will Kerry take questions from the press. Will he be asked to release his contemporaneous diaries? Will he be asked to release his complete military records? Will he attempt to mitigate his hideous testimony to the Senate accusing Americans of War crimes?..Will he say he was wrong about being in Cambodia?

COL John Ripley '62. He was an advisor to a Vietnamese unit when a large NVA unit tried to cross a bridge at Dong Ha. While under fire from the NVA he made multiple trips, hand over hand, hanging from the I-beam supports of the bridge to plant explosives. He successfully blew the bridge keeping the NVA from crossing the river. He was awarded the Navy Cross. In the late 80's I think he was a battalion officer, but I'm not sure.

I was dismayed by the numbers I saw Fox running on their screen while Doug Hattaway was telling us the Bush team is on the defensive and said Bush said yesterday the 527s are bad *except for this one*. (and the "While Bush was skipping out on his guard duty")
Numbers I saw: 52% have favorable opinion of Kerry, in three way race it was Kerry ahead of Bush, I think it was K 47%/B 42%
What the hell!

So if I read this poll correctly, more people DON'T believe Kerry regarding his actions in VietNam than do believe him.
