this is a total flip-flop - according to Kerry at the time he didn't know how he'd gotten hit when the incident supposedly happened. Sounds like they've realized they're going to have to own up to this one their feasible defense is nill.
Could you post that again and again on every thread that is about Kerry? Please...seeing it in a PAPER is so strong.
The funniest thing is when Matthews will set up a question for, say, Howard Fineman with "Howard, today we saw....blah,blah,blahblah." Matthews will take a good minute to setup and finally finish his question, which will eventually have nothing to do with how he started, then he'll turn to, say, Andrea Mitchell and say "Andrea, what about that?"
Meanwhile Fineman is just sitting there, staring at Matthews, with a stupid look on his face.
I do believe that Chris has now read O'Neil's book. While he is still a lib, his questions have the seeds of info and doubt about Kerry that he did not have the other night IMO.

Yeah, Kerry is a f'ing genius (sarcasm). Go ahead attack a real war hero and get American's greatest generation mad at you...(and their children). I am too young to remember much about Vietnam, but I remember the pain Kerry and others like him caused my Dad...Kerry you don't know what you are doing by attacking those we love who had more honor in their big toe than you posess in your entire body.
But back then the Knicks could really play ball....can you imagine the Bradley/Reed/Frazier/DeBuscherre team in the OLympics?..OH, sorry, you're too young..
