Unlike runners and jumpers, in the case of throwers doping might often improve performances.

Throwers would not be so stupid to take drugs now, before the Olympics.
Three of them were targeted with doping lies, again because of the mind control weapon known as suggestion :

Doping - Lawyer blames IOC for stripping athletes of gold medals


Budapest, September 7 (MTI) - The International Olympic Committee (IOC) committed a series of errors when it stripped two Hungarian athletes of their Olympic gold medals in Athens under doping charges, a lawyer told MTI on Tuesday.

Eva Maria Barki, a Viennese lawyer of Hungarian origin, agreed to defend the two athletes case a few days ago - as she put it, "belatedly".

"Someone should have helped them and taken certain steps already in Athens," she said.

Discus thrower Robert Fazekas was stripped of his gold after failing to produce a sufficient amount of urine required for the test while hammer thrower Adrian Annus, whose first test results proved to be negative, refused to provide another subsequent test sample.

Barki said, "the IOC gave no opportunity to the athletes to defend themselves, did not inform Annus about the exact location of the subsequent test and failed to produce any medical report about Fazekas's affair."

"We have sent a letter to the IOC, asking them to provide us in ten days with all documents relevant to their decisions. We will then draft an appeal and present it to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in 21 days," she said.

The lawyer, who made a name for herself in Hungary as a human rights activist, expects the case to be settled in six to ten months.
