If only the MSM would report the totality of what McClennan and Schmidt said!! (I know...dream on) But when I read the newspaper accounts, they only give McClennan's shortened response...not Schmidt's, which FINALLY touches the heart of the matter...the coordination and personnel swapping of the Dem 527's and Kerry.
Clark and Kerry himself speak the SAME talking points as the 527s. Contrast that with Bush's refusal to criticize Kerry's record (despite Kerry's denegration of Bush's service) while the Swiftboat Vets continue to say they don't care if it hurts Bush or not.
I pray the American public can see the difference!

The Kerry campaign is also demanding that a publisher recall all copies of John O'Neill's book "Unfit for Command."

Has anyone heard a peep from the "I have a right to free speech" Hollyweirdos about this?

Kerry Lies

War Criminal or War Hero,
See both you cannot be.
You claimed you burned a village,
Sounds like a crime to me.
Cambodia in Sixty-Eight,
You say that you were there.
You said Nixon said you weren’t,
Just why would Nixon care?
He wasn’t even president,
Till Nineteen Sixty-Nine.
But details never bother you,
Bold lies do suit you fine.
Three Purple Hearts for paper cuts,
A Bronze and Silver Star.
Then home you came, threw them away,
But look now, there they are.
You testified with still more lies,
About brave fighting men.
The things you claimed that they did,
Just aren’t true now or then.
So tell us please John Kerry,
Which lie we should believe.
Oh what a tangled web you weave,
You practice to deceive.

This is awesome. There is no way that the FEC will do anything, nor is there any way the book will be recalled. This will just enforce to the public that the charges are true when kerry fails on both attempts

"No publisher should want to be selling books with proven falsehoods in them, especially falsehoods that are meant to smear the military service of an American veteran."

This quote of Kerry's should ALWAYS be followed by THIS question.

Mr. Kerry, why did you buy up ALL copies of your book, The New Soldier? Mr. Kerry, why have you REFUSED offers to have your book reprinted?

They whole idea of a presidential candidate wanting a sitting president to use his power to squelch free speech is the part that bothers me the most.

Has the thought EVER ocurred to Skerry that WE THE PEOPLE are fed up with the status quo and are doing something about it? He said "Bring it on", so the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth did so. These are new days in politics and the rules governing campaigns are different. The left are so used to having had things their way for so long that to have a group of reputable vets step up to the plate and go against convention, why that goes against "established norms". Can't have dissent. BS! Skerry challenged them to "bring it on" so get ready for a long, ugly fight. One that you and the dims WILL LOSE!!!!! I can't wait to vote against you in November. BTW, what are your plans post-election day?

BWAAA-A-A-A-A-A-HA-HA-HA-HA-HA-HAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!"

Yeah, sure.

Right after Michael Moore recalls his movie, MoveOn stops their ads, and all the DemoncRAT authors recall the dozens of books they've written in the last four years to demonize President Bush.

To quote Larry Elders, "If the democrats didn't have a double standard, they'd have no standards at all."

"Is it me or is this guy finished?"

I would say so. Kerry made this quagmire, now let him sit in it, twisting slowly, slowly.

This is great theater folks, and it's only going to get better.

His "cause" is so transparent it has rendered him invisible. There can't be many left/even on the left who are unable to see through his smoke screen.

Kerry campaign spokesman Chad Clanton told Salon.com, "No publisher should want to be selling books with proven falsehoods in them, especially falsehoods that are meant to smear the military service of an American veteran."

They all signed affadavits, Chad. Your guy won't even fill out and sign a standard sr108.

I heard Kerry is planning on spending the RNC week vacationing in Cambodia. Give him a chance to patch things up with his stuneingly silent atm-machine/wife. Might even throw a hamster into a pool and rescue it while the 8mm is rolling. What a tool.

Kerry wants "Unfit for Duty" pulled from the shelves, but whose book is it that is presently undergoing a rewrite?
