if this is legitimate, then Fatah would be disappointed that Arafat is not killing enough Jews lately in their relentless attempts to push Israel into the sea ... if they want him out, it's because they want that money to go towards more weapons and more actions against Israel.

I remember reading a book of fiction called "An Exchange of Eagles" set in WW2. The plot is that Churchill sends in OSS agents to STOP an assasination attempt on Hitler's life by anti-Hitler Nazis. Why? because in the book Churchill viewed Hitler and his poor generalship as a secret weapon that would allow the Allies to defeat Germany quicker.
