BUMP FOR SWIFT VET AD2... http://www.swiftvets.com/
Mr. Okie was "custer" on his helicopter. TG, he was more successful.
"Historical trivia list and no surprise that the hair apparent to JFK and his PT boat would be the Boston Strangler JF**K on his swift boat."
Considering the notoriety of the Boston Strangler, It would seem the choke is on Kerry (aka Kaptain Ketchup).
Bill Rood, according to Brinkley's book, called Kerry "Ichabod" as in Ichabod Crane.
"The Boston Strangler", that wouldn't be on my list of associations!!Quite Unusual one might think?
I would have thought Jean Kerry's call sign would have been "American Gigilo"
From now on we'll have to refer to William B. Rood Jr. "Alpha Potato."
Should be an "as" in there.
To his fellow crew members, he was called ROCKJAW.
LOL
