For some reason, I am suddenly remembering Election Day 2000, when some kind newbie got on board to inform us all that Matt Drudge had been shot to death in his apartment in Florida, just before he was to release exit poll data on his web site.
I don't believe this either.
I heard it on the Savage show about 1/2 an hour ago.
