I've been here for a few weeks now. I love freeper because of the resources. I recieved no welcome messages, but that's ok. It seems you really need to pay attention to recognize who is new anyway. I have posted several times and gotten some great responses.
I didn't know freeper existed until I read "Hillary's Secret War" by FR founder Richard Poe. I read the book expressly because Ann Coulter said it was "required reading" - that's good enough for me. The book inspired me to start a blog and I joined the site.
My chief complaint would be that it is difficult to learn one's way around in some respects. It took me for ever to learn what BTT! (back to top) means. I am still unsure how one forms a "ping list" though I am on one (Linda Eddy's). It looks like you have to copy screen names individually and put them in a text file? Don't know anyone who would want to be on mine anyway, lol.
