Here's a thought, what if its ruled that the swifties have to pull their ad? What happens then?

The internet and e-mail are very powerful. Just how powerful will be shown when these ads start making the rounds -- just like cool gun-photos or funny clips do today. They'll be everywhere in no time flat.

The curiousity will be insatiable, and the pixels will simply flow. And the e-mails will be called "the ad that John Kerry doesn't want you to see!!!!"

The D's have no idea......

That's a great point. The ad is already out there. Even if it never airs on TV, it'll fly all over the internet, even more than if the ads had actually been allowed to run.

Something about protesting too much seems appropriate here. Kerry's sinking his own boat, no pun intended. :)
