Is he going to both the elections commission and the FCC? I could see a scenario of where they try to make Michael Powell out to be a bad guy if the FCC were to not take action on this matter.
Obviously the Kerry Camp has numbers showing that they are getting hammered. Wait until they see the new ad.
The FEC will never pull these ads. It would take months just to investigate it, and no court is going to issue a prior restraint order.
Finally, all Kerry is doing is drawing more press and attention to the issue. Great -- three words Senator -- BRING IT ON!!
