Tucker Carlson just said that CNN has been notified that the Kerry camp will seek to have the goverment pull the Swift Boat veterans for Truth ads.

Kerry campaign will file or has filed a legal complaint with the FEC about the Swift Boat ads claiming that the Ads are lies, and that there is illegal coordination between the RNC, the Bush/Cheney campaign, and this group. If President Bush had asked the Swift Boat guys to quit running the ads, you can bet that Kerry would be saying that was proof President Bush was coordinating with them.
President Bush and the RNC were far too smart to fall into Kerry's little trap.

Interesting..... The complaint seems to be on a tie between the Bush/Cheney campaign and the Swift group..... I'm not sure how the law reads in this regard, etc however as long as the tie doesn't exist Kerry has no standing..... Most likely if the FEC moves at it's normal pace on complaints then this won't be investigated/heard for some months yet....
