I'd like to see anyone, ANYONE, step up & slime these men. Of course, they wll not have the balls to attack former POW's like they attack "ordinary" vets.

Do you think they will even have the balls to suggest these men were paid off or bought?

This is the most heartwrenching ad I have seen. I remember watching the POW's get off of the planes.

My God....it is relevant to this election. Any election. In war time or times of peace.

BTW--can't wait to see Chris Matthews tonight. If he is even on. He will probably have a stroke when he sees this. And remember, when asked by Chris, Thurlow said "YES". It is a motivating factor for him.

The Swifties were paid off with 200,000 to be spread among over 250 men. That is what they get PLUS being smeared.

however, when Soros spends 7 BILLION it is all honest and not paid off to lie for kerry.... I see how that works.

Wait until the democrats and alphabet networks see ot hear about it.

They might totally ignore the ad but the ones mentioned above will do everything in their power to destroy the messengers.

They do not have the balls. What they do have is lack of character, no morals, no principles, and no scrupples.

They are hyenas, I hate doing this to hyenas because compared to the main stream media 's so called "journalist" and a democrat the hyena is a noble animal, but at the moment I can think of no other comparison.

Same here. I have not forgotten how those men were treated when they returned home. I couldn't figure it out. I was a kid back then, and I couldn't understand how our country treated the returning heroes with anything less than respect and admiration for their sacrifice. I haven't forgotten Vietnam, and I hope John Kerry pays dearly for his actions once he returned.

I believe there are still MIA/POW over there that he has abandoned, that we have allowed our country to abandon, and I am ashamed of that. I wish Kerry were ashamed, but instead, he's proud.

I wish John Kerry would feel in his heart and soul the torture that he heaped upon those men, when he turned his back on them.

I remember those wrenching images from TV also. That was the era that I was in college. Many teenage girls were wearing bracelets with a POW's name on it, to honor the missing. Those were terrible times for our country, and John Kerry and Jane Fonda made them more terrible. What those traitors did was unforgiveable. Plus the liberal media trying to bash anyone who was conservative. What did we as college kids know at that time? We were being fed a steady stream of media lies, lies from our professors.

I bookmarked this the other day as a reminder of what many POWs suffered: http://www.nd.edu/~ndmag/moew95.html

Truly awful.

Oh yes they will. This newfound love and respect they allegedly have for Vietnam war veterans is an ACT. Nothing but an act to regain them power. IF they had ANY respect or compassion WHATSOEVER they wouldn't have started the slime campaign to begin with. Kerry's handers would have told him to tone down the war hero rhetoric, knowing what a backlash it would cause.

In their eagerness to resurrect the Revolution of the Party's glory days, the idea all of our veterans would be anything but broken, meek and docile like McCain never entered their blackened, twisted, greasy little minds.

The rub is The Hon. John McCain, United States Senator, former Vietnam POW stationed in the Hanoi Hilton, has already called the Swift Boat vets dishonorable and their actions dishonest. What will he say now?

In other words, which former PoW/s are the dems going to believe?

To maintain the dem position, one must simply close his eyes, ears, heart and mind and keep walking ... right over that big cliff.
