Oromocto (New Brunswick) District 2 RCMP is investigating the report of a truckload of missing beer. A tractor-trailer load of Moosehead beer being trucked to Toronto from Saint John was discovered at the mall in Grand Falls, N.B. on August 17, 2004 at 6:40pm. The truck was carrying more than 4000 cases of beer. 20 cases were found inside the trailer. The rest are missing.

The driver, 30-year old Wade Haines has not been located.

The more than 50,000 cans have English labeling on one side and Spanish on the other and were destined for the Mexico market.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the District 2 Oromocto RCMP at 506-357-4300 or NB Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).

This guy drank that much, you'd think he could have finished it.

Geez, I'd start by checking to see if there is a band of drunken Indians and their squaws that has gone missing from their Canadian reservation.

I believe the appropriate remark at this point is:

"This is series."

Moosehead is nothing special, in my opinion, but they make a light domestic only (or at least they don't export to the US). It might have been called Alpine or something, I can't remember. I had it on my tour of their brewery in St. Johns and they said it was popular in Canada. It was the best beer I've ever had.

I wonder if it's this guy I been waiting on at the truck stop who's been peeing for the last 2 days.

Actually, I am sure it's someone on this list. Fess up. And give me your address.
