Kerry is also speaking at the American Legion Convention Sept 1.
I'm pretty sure that if my dad, who was WWII vet, were still alive and had been there, he would have reacted pretty much the same way. He had no use for the likes of sKerry. My father was an honorable man.
Let's hope that he sees very few faces from the podium and lots of quality, conservative attire....FROM THE BACK!
I can't imagine any veteran wanting to listen to Kerry. Even his lies are full of holes.
Moon over Cinncinnati.
Too polite to shoot the moon...just like the one that hung in the sky on Christmas Eve back in '68....
I notice on the screen behind the picture of the men that Kerry isnt wearing a VFW hat. Does he belong to the VFW and if not , why not. Why should a veterans organisation give this man a chance to vent if he isnt a member.
God bless your father's memory. I hope we can uphold our end of his duty to country and keep this despicable phoney out of the White House.
My father was a WW II veteran, injured on the USS Nevada when it was hit at Pearl Harbor. He also was an old-time, honorable Democrat like Zel Miller. He hated Clinton at the time of his death 3 years ago, felt betrayed by him. Think of what he and others like him would feel about Kerry. Turning their backs might be the least of it!
Fox News also mentioned that some of the veterens boycotted the speech, remaining outside.
It would muss Kerry's $300 hairstyle.
Having said that, I wonder if the gentlemen who turned their backs were Dems? I hope so. I wish all Dems would get mad that their party has been hijacked by communists. I wish all Dems would treat the communists like the dogs they are.
My grandmother was a Dem. Only back then, the only difference was economics.
Today's dems want to bully my church, my politics, steal my guns, steal my children's morals, ad infinitum.
Thank you Mr. Hill and Mr. Gibson, thank you!
Did anyone see Bush speaking yesterday to the vets? They were packed behind him and there was no room for another person to be behind him. My wife said look at how close they are to each other.
Notice that there are only two people standing behind Kerry.
My dad would be appalled at Kerry. He died the year before Clintoon was elected. I can only imagine what he would have thought of him. We need to honor the memory of the Vets who sacrificed to keep us free.
My dad was a lifelong Republican. He served in France in a hospital unit. I'm sure he would have hated Clinton had he lived to see him elected.
