Well, it's relatively simple. Simply find out Bush's position on any issue and take the opposite approach. Then you'll understand how Kerry makes major policy decisions. He's nothing more than the anti-Bush. For example, Bush decides to pull troops from Europe, so Kerry wants to keep them there. On the other hand, Bush wants to keep the troops in Iraq, so Kerry wants to pull them out. It makes perfect sense once you understand the motives.
Bush and Company are playing Kerry like a fiddle. He makes exactly the noise they want. This is getting funny.
