What keeps it from going over on its back like a turtle when you pop the clutch? Rear engine, rear wheel drive, feather light front end and 400 HP are a dangerous mix.

That's a good question- I'd never thought to ask. I have never seen or felt the front end lift, and I have driven it once or twice. I don't think that it's ballasted. I'll ask him. There used to be a page about it on the net. It's still there, but all the pictures are gone.

He'll probably say "Don't pop the clutch"- but I think that the problem has been dealt with somehow.

Good question, and exactly a problem. We had one locally, and it did just that, repeatedly, until he moved the rear engine forward, several feet, into where the back seat normally would be.
