Yeah, I think I have to agree with you on that 1964 model. What a gorgeously sleek piece of machinery the Jaquar XKE was. Love the chili pepper red, too. :o)

The really scary thing is, I know how to make one run (a 68 at least) and when they run, good god are they fun to drive fast.

I say the Chevy Citation. It looked like a squatting dog taking a dump.

1958 Iso Isetta

With sales of his refrigerators (Isothermos) declining, Renzo Rivolta turned to making scooters in three versions: the Isoscooter, Isomoto and 3-wheeled Isocarro (no relation to the later truck). Competition from Vespa and Lambretta forced a change of plans, however. He gave M. Gobini carte-blanche to design a totally original vehicle. A cute, round shape, with side by side seating, it was a sensation at the 1953 Turin auto show. Licenses were quickly sold to Belgium, France, Spain, Brazil and Germany. Major differences to the familiar later BMW bubble window were the engine cover with vertical slots, headlamps positioned low on the front fenders (with parking lamps on top), flush fitting door handle, Dubonnet suspension, and two-stroke twin piston engine providing a distinctive sound. This example was built in Spain under license from Iso. Today, these cars are rare collector’s items. Manufacturer: Iso Motor Italia S.A., Madrid Spain :

My wife has a new Honda Element that's pretty ugly. (I used to have an AMC Pacer, but I never thought it ugly.)

The trailer hitch has to be just wishful thinking.

Maybe that was for the engine hoist.

I remember that - a Studebaker, circa 1950. Strange looking car, patterened after the Tucker. My Dad told me the center had a third headlight in one model.

I nominate the Volkswagon Fox!

I guess every junk car has a story to it. My first car I bought one for 50 dollars! I had to put a couple hundred in it to get it working right but never gave me problems after that. I didn't get too much respect for it and my buddies called it "The Bucket".

I contemplated many schemes to try to get somebody else to crash into it while driving so I could get the Insurance. Right down the road from where i lived there was a interesection onto a 4 lane road (2 for each direction). And whenever cars in the right lane took a right at the light they would swing over into the next lane without realizing that the lane next to them could turn right also (incidently, they changed it and now the left lane can only turn left). I always thought that it was an accident waiting to happen and if I just spent a few hours going back and forth through that intersection and wait for some idiot to swipe me!

Then some lady rear ended me on a snowy day and totaled it, i got $1700 from her Insurance!!!

I agree with you. The new Cadillacs look like angry refrigerators or dishwashers. (Like something evil out of a Stephen King movie)

Attack of the Cadillac !!
