LOL...I like your idea. IIRC, the surviving spouse has the say over a president's likeness, name or image. The guy who wanted to establish Ronald Reagan University had to drop it when Nancy just said "no".

don't think that Reagan's image is protected since he was a public figure. I don't mean any disrespect, but that's nonsense. Celebrities (politicians included) have a right to control their image. Coca-cola can't just slap a photo of Madonna on their cans to sell more Coke and Peta can't use a photo of Ronald Reagan to promote their message.
