Scouts don't discriminate on religion, but they do say you have to profess one. If kid doesn't want to, he doesn't have to join. The BSA is a private club and they have the right to set the standards they choose.

IOW, yes, you are in favor of discriminating against kids based on a religious test.
Is it so hard to say it right out?
