I bought mine from Human Events Online. I refuse to give any business to Barnes & Noble.

Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, and Howard Stern have all had multiple #1 books, but the NYTimes did not review any of them.

I'm sure Howard Stern's next book won't have that problem though. He's officially on the team now.
