According to a thread the other night they are allowed to arrest an illegal and send them right back within one hundred miles of the border.

I live beyond that 100 miles!

Now that is really smart on the part of government. What the hell is the difference between an illegal(possible terrorist) within 100 miles or further inland?

We have the wrong people in positions of authoriy in this country.
