President Bush lands in Seattle this afternoon to continue his fight against John Kerry, the polls, pundits and 20 years of history.

For those not in the know. Washington voters have the rare opportunity to vote for senator, governor, and president.

This is a very positive development. You dont see W trying to shore up his base or focus solely on Ohio or Florida to the point of desperation. He is in a good enough position to look elsewhere for votes.
This could be a blowout.

Registered five voters in Washington today. One definite Bush, one probable Bush, and I'll bet we get at least one of the other three.

A Republican hasn't won the presidential vote in Washington since 1984.
Dubya should play Senator Maria Cantwell's (D, Washington) response to
today's Saturday Presidential radio address...in which the Real Player millionairess
wailed about the need to end America's dependency on "foreign oil".
(funny, I thought the use of the term "foreign" was taboo with liberals, seeing
how they are all "citizens of the world"...)
Dubya should just tell folks in Wash. State that he can spell out relief from
high oil prices in four letters:
A-N-W-R
And remind the audience that THE REAL reason they'll still be paying high prices
for gas/energy when they vote this fall are:
Senator Cantwell and her Democtat buddies keeping an airport-sized patch of
ANWR closed.
And if they are still paying high prices AFTER the elections, it will be because they
voted in a liar named Kerry AND failed to send Cantwell and about 8 or 9 other
Democratic Senators into early retirement!
