Sanibel Island is directly in the path. They are talking about losing all the bridges, and someplace called (spelling wrong I'm sure) Spoil Island? They said it would overtake that whole island.

The "spoil" islands are the small islands which form the causeway. There are three bridges and two small pieces of land. In an 18' surge, they are toast (and to think that I was just standing on them last month, watching fireworks).

Landfall is going to be at Blind Pass, which is the small pass that separates Captiva and Sanibel (which was formed by a hurricane).
