Kerry's swift boad is taking on water fast. The message of the book is beginning to seep into mainstream public awareness despite the liberal media and DNC. And regardless of the truth/falsity of the claims, the Kerry response has been muted and confused.

John O'Neil's message is now beginning to be heard even in liberal quarters and publications.

Matthews and Carville did their best yesterday to try to make this go away. But O'Neill keeps pushing on.

I say I'm getting my copy this weekend, assuming it's in the bookstores.

Official publication date is Sunday, 8/15, and I think it will not be on the shelves until then, but it can be pre-ordered on internet or at any bricks and mortar bookstore. Buy one for a friend!

If John Kerry loses this election, it will be because of John O'Neill, and Mr. O'Neill should be regarded as an American hero of the caliber of Patrick Henry or John Hancock.

I'm serious.

It should be interesting reading. Kerry's swift boat service was in the same AO covered by my unit, Ca Mau and the the U Minh forest area. I flew many missions down in that area and enjoyed working with the Riverine forces down there, plus the Navy always fed us well on the "river float". We did a lot of work with the SEALS with support from the the boats.

I agree. O'Neill has been more effective than what Bush has been doing. BTW, here is an e-mail I sent to Matthews.

Chris Matthews.

I would like to congradulate Hardball for the great interview of John O'Neill. You let John have his couple of minutes to make his case, then proceeded to hit him with all the DNC talking points. You just let John have enough time to acknowledge the point, then cut him off when John tried to make a counterpoint. I now remember why I don't usually watch Hardball. I like an intellectually honest debate with both sides given a fair chance. If I wanted to listen to the DNC talking points, I would watch James Carville.

More like Paul Revere, I should think. But a hero nevertheless.

Yesterday, I managed to track down two copies of UNFIT at my local Waldenbooks Store -- the only bookstore on the east side of Cincinnati that actually had the book in stock. The store manager indicated that he had to 'beg' the supplier to send him 6 books.

[The publisher (and the bookstore managers who place the orders that create initial demand) GREATLY underestimated the appeal of this book -- there simply aren't enough books in print presently to meet the demand!!!]

Super news. I hope that every American voter reads this book, and that these great patriots earn a LOT of money from this.

Yeah, the local Borders I go to didn't have any in stock, but the books are supposedly on the way.

Oh, well, life is hard.

Every Freeper should order this book. Even if you think you already know the major points, buying the book helps keep it at the top of best seller lists, so that undecided voters will notice and buy it too.

John Kerry will also lose this election due to Hill and Bill.
