It doesn't have to be "Christian". She can still be employed if she is an atheist.

If 'differently abled' folks can have accommodations created for them by fiat of the Federal Powers, then by GOD (can I still legally type that?) the workplace should provide for her [and the MAJORITY of pork consumers] a separate, but equal, microwave!
