I can't remember where I read this but there was a story about how Kerry's website credited Kerry for battles, in January 1969, that he wasn't in. A guy came forward and said he recognized those battle reports as his own. Kerry didn't take over the boat until January 29th. Wasn't he in training just prior to taking over the boat?

Those are the Jan. '69 Spot Report that have recently been expunged from the military records available on the Kerry web site. When Peck came forward and said he was the skipper of PCF 94 until Jan. 29, the Kerry web site was proven once again to be a fraud.

Wasn't he in training just prior to taking over the boat? probably not since he was just moving over from the -44 boat. His website does say he and the other skippers went to Saigon on the 22nd to meet with Admiral Zumwalt and General Abrams, it does not say what the meeting was about.
