Nothing surprising here. The Olympics is, for all practical purposes, a giant orgy. "Men's Journal" magazine did a detailed, several-thousand-word expose last month of how it's become little more than a party for the participants, especially since 98% of them have no actual chance at winning a medal anyway. They're there to screw and drink on other peoples' dimes.

It was fascinating reading. (It was so pleasant to learn that the Olympics routinely orders tens of thousands of condoms just for the athletes' use, and usually runs out.) Yeah, it may have been the same in ancient times also. I'm just very relieved (and happy!) that the focus has shifted from the old homoerotic images to the modern images of fit women.
