It's not a stupid question at all. However, I'm not the person who can answer your question. You need to ask your Senators, Representatives, law enforcement, news media, and the ISPs themselves why the USA continues to host terror.
Why does the media, for the most part, keep this obvious fact a secret?
It's not just Hizbollah that operates openly -- most all the terror orgs., including the murderers that just recently chopped off several peoples heads in Iraq are operating openly.
After 3 years of studying the matter, I'm still constantly amazed and frustrated by the sheer madness and stupidity of those who have been given our trust and the duty of keeping our families safe.

Did Hell freeze over last night, and are pigs flying into major airports, landing and taking off again. al Reuters used the T, er Terrorist word.
But they put "double quotes" around it so it didn't really count.
